    Health and Fitness

    Good afternoon people and my friends
    I am writing another blog telling that I am happy with the way my training sessions are going because I am working hard and losing some weight too as well
    My training sessions are getting tougher and tougher because I am fitter and stronger in me as a person too as well.
    I just love to keep fit and work hard and then have a good meal after the workout too
    People are noticing that I don't muck around when I train because I want to get fit and stay healthy too and not get myself unhappy again because I was overweight.
     
    Everything I am doing with my training is making me stronger and happier too as a person too becauase at one stage I had low self esteem and wasn't wiling too change and was making excuses as to why I should do this and instead of getting out there and having a good look at what I need to do with the way I look and feel
    Just having a good go is what I am trying to acahieve when I train and making sure that I am working hard and losing the weight I need to lose and becoming a better person that I am and people can see what I am all about too and becoming very confident in what I do and where I want too go with my fitness training.
    The positive outlook I have is helping me continue to train hard, eat properly and the weight is coming off too
     
    What I am doing is cutting some things out that are useless too me and going with what I know is the right thing for me and making a few hard decisions along the way and very happy doing that as well because I want to live a better life and happy one and have all the negatives out of my life because I am positive person now and that is the way I am and love being that way as a person too as well.
     
    I have some long way in my life because I think, that I am starting to grow up abit and stop making excuses for myself because they get me nowhere at all. Now I am going with what I have decided and staying focus on that for the next few months and then make some changes and set some more short term goals and keep working on them too as well.
     
    I wake up in the morning with a smile on the face knowing that it is going to be a great day and things will go well for me with what I am doing to do like my training, having a meal, making sure my home is clean and tidy and making sure that all the bills are paid too and that makes me happy.
    Well I feeling really good today and my training session will be good also because I will make it like some variety too. I love to sweat
